Alan Kam is the Founder and CEO of AB Capital, a leading Hospitality Private Equity Real Estate Fund Manager specializing in the dynamic landscape of Japan hospitality industry.
Under Alan’s leadership, AB Capital has grown to become a well-recognised investor in the Japan hospitality real estate market and is known for its deep local real estate knowledge and respect for native business habits.
Prior to founding AB Capital, Alan worked at Citibank Investment Banking in Hong Kong and oversaw corporate finance transactions of more than US$8 billion, spanning across M&A, debt, and equity.
Beyond his executive responsibilities, Alan serves as an Advisory Board Member of the International Hospitality Investment Forum Asia (IHIF Asia). He graduated from Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California.
