Adrian Lee, Head of Singapore Investments and Asset Management, AEW

Mr. Lee is responsible for investment and asset management in Singapore. He has more than 15 years of real estate investment experience and established regional transaction track record across gateway cities in Asia Pacific and Europe. Prior to joining AEW, Adrian was Head of Real Estate Investments at Homax Private Limited, an entrepreneurial real estate asset management company. Mr. Lee has also held real estate investment positions at UBS, PGIM and Union Investment.

Mr. Lee holds a Master of Science (Real Estate) from the National University of Singapore (NUS), Bachelor of Science (Economics) from the University College London (UCL) and is fluent in Mandarin.
