Aaron Lee, Founder and CEO, Dash Living

Aaron Lee is the Founder and CEO of Dash Living, Asia Pacific’s leading manager and operator of living sector assets across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan. Under his leadership, Dash Living has grown into a trusted partner for global institutions including BlackRock, Greystar, and Schroders, delivering flexible rental solutions that drive NOI uplift while meeting the evolving needs of modern urban professionals.

A recognised speaker on real estate investment, proptech, and urban living, Aaron founded Dash Living on the belief that bridging hospitality and real estate through technology, design, and operations can create sustainable value across borders.

A serial entrepreneur who launched his first venture at 17, Aaron is a Forbes 30 Under 30 honouree with a track record spanning uBuyiBuy (acquired by Groupon in 2010), Mydress.com, Snapask, and Time Auction, a charity he chairs that empowers the next generation through skills-based volunteering and mentorship.

His vision is to redefine city living by combining affordability, flexibility, and community into a model that scales across Asia Pacific, making urban living more accessible and resilient for the next generation of professionals.

Dash Living is Asia Pacific’s leading manager and operator of living sector assets, with an active portfolio spanning Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan. In 2025, Dash Living was acquired by Rava Partners, the real estate private equity arm of Hillhouse, further strengthening its growth trajectory and regional expansion strategy. With more than 2,000 rooms under management, Dash Living delivers institutional-grade residential experiences through an integrated owner-operator-manager model, underpinned by technology and a commitment to regulatory compliance across all operating formats. The firm manages assets on behalf of internationally recognised real estate investment managers including BlackRock, Greystar, Schroders, PGIM Real Estate, and Hines, among others.
