Knight Frank today announced a new marketing leader for its team in Shanghai as the international property consultancy continues to expand its presence in mainland China.
According to a statement from the company today, Casey Jiang has joined Knight Frank as Marketing and Communications Manager in Shanghai to help drive the company’s public presence in eastern China and lead the marketing team in the city.
Before joining Knight Frank, Casey worked as the Global Marketing Manager for Trina Solar, after earlier establishing herself as the National Marketing Manager at Bureau Veritas in China. Ms Jiang also has experience at TNS Research International and Sinotrust, and is a graduate of Beijing Material University.
Graham Zink, Managing Director at Knight Frank in Shanghai, said of the new hire, “Casey brings to Knight Frank over 10 years of experience in marketing, sales and research in China. I am confident that her proven track record and management experience will be instrumental in leading our ambitious marketing strategy and supporting our diverse business lines.”
The addition of Jiang as marketing manager in Shanghai follows soon after a number of research related moves at Knight Frank as the company appears determined to raise its profile in the China market.
Last week Stephanie Sun, formerly of JLL, was announced as Knight Frank’s new head of research and consultancy in Beijing, and in May the UK firm added David Ji as its new head of Research & Consultancy for Greater China, based in Hong Kong.
