Vicky Ouyang has joined Juxin Pacific Fund Management as Investment Director based in Shanghai. Ouyang takes on her new role with the division of state-run CITIC Real Estate after spending three years with the strategic consulting division of JLL in Shanghai, where she served most recently as an Associate Director. The graduate of Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Shanghai’s Tongji University also has experience with Shanghai Industrial Investment Holdings Co (SIIC).
Tsz Choi Wong has joined CBRE in Hong Kong as Senior Director for Valuation and Advisory Services. Wong comes to the real estate agency from rival Cushman & Wakefield, where he had served for nearly three years as a director with the valuation and advisory department. The University of Hong Kong PhD is among a number of team members at C&W and DTZ who appear to be making career choices before the two companies formally merge their teams in Asia this autumn.
Neo Huang has taken over the tenant representation team in Shanghai’s Puxi area for JLL, after joining the real estate consultancy last month. Huang is now a local director with JLL after leaving DTZ, where he served the company’s major international accounts as a senior associate director. The Shanghai University graduate also has experience with CBRE’s Global Corporate Services division and with local agency SH Pro Real Estate Consulting.
Fun Tong has signed up with JLL in Shanghai as Head of Solution Development for the company’s international facility management division. Tong joins the property consultancy firm from UK-based facility management provider OCS, where he had served for several months as general manager in charge of sales for the company’s Greater China operations. The King’s College London graduate also has experience in facility management with Johnson Controls and ZTE.
Michelle Lu has gone corporate with Under Armour Trading, where she is now Senior Real Estate Manager with the US-based sports apparel firm. Lu joined Under Armour from Powerlong Real Estate Holdings, where she had served for one year as Deputy General Manager with the development firm. The Fudan University graduate also has experience with Sweden’s Inter IKEA shopping centre chain.
