Bernard Seng Chai Mah has been appointed as head of real estate for Asia at Davidson Kempner Capital Management in Hong Kong. Mah joined the investment management firm after parting ways with Bain Capital Credit where he had served as a director for five years. Anthony Dubois has been hired as Asia development director for French real estate development and construction firm Groupe IDEC in Shanghai, according to an update to his LinkedIn profile. Prior to that, Dubois had served as a real estate development director and asset manager for Paris-based developer Icade between 2014 and 2017.

Earlier, the Tongji University graduate served as a deputy general manager and project manager for Shanghai Chengtou Land Group.

B-Lam Ho has been hired as a project sales director at CIFI Group in Hong Kong after leaving Unicorn Bay (Hong Kong) Investments Limited where he had served as a sales and marketing manager for nine months. Prior to that, Ho had worked in Phoenix Property Investors’ asset management division – as a manager from 2017 until 2018, and an associate between 2015 and 2017. The UCLA graduate had also served as a sales officer at Cheung Kong (Holdings) Limited for a year and a half following a management traineeship.

Garrett Wang has stepped up to programme manager at WeWork in Shanghai after serving as the co-working operator’s senior building openings lead in the city since the beginning of the year.
