2014/08/11 by Michael Cole Leave a Comment

Neither China’s steamy summer, nor the reported slowdown in the real estate market, have provided any respite from the relentless job changes among the country’s real estate professionals, as this week we once again have more new faces in new places than can be covered in this column. In our sample this today we have a trio of CBRE veterans resurfacing in new roles, two new additions at Cushman & Wakefield, and a new GM for a 100k sqm mall in Dalian. Read on for more details….

Jack Xiong China Fortune LandJack Xiong has joined China Fortune Land Development (CFLD) as Head of the Shanghai-listed company’s Commercial Property Research Center. Based in Beijing, Xiong will take on his new role with the developer after spending more than 12 years with property service provider CBRE, most recently as a senior director and head of the company’s development consultancy division in Beijing.

From 2006-2009 Taguchi was Senior Director of Global Industrial and Logistics Services in CBRE’s Tokyo HQ.

Shenzhen-based Country Garden, which has already announced projects in Sydney, Australia, appointed former JLL member Patrick Zhu as its chief representative for the US market in March of this year.
