Andy Crawford has taken on the role of Chief Operating Officer for the Asia Pacific region with built asset consultancy EC Harris. Before assuming his latest responsibilities, Andy was already a partner in the EC Harris business which he joined more than fourteen years ago, and he will remain based on Shanghai.
William Ng has joined China Xintiandi’s Shanghai operation as a senior manager in the Shui On Land subsidiary’s finance department. Before taking on his new role with the commercial real estate developer, William had served for nearly four years as an associate with Standard Chartered Bank where he was responsible for origination and client coverage in the bank’s Shanghai office.
Janet Zhao has joined the leasing team for Singaporean retail developer CapitaMalls Asia in Guangzhou. Prior to accepting her latest assignment, Janet was a leasing manager for Ito Yogato in Chengdu for less than one year, and had also served as Assistant Leasing Manager with SOCAM Asset Management (HK) Limited – part of the Shui On group in Chongqing.
Jason Fong is now an analyst with the research department at property consultancy CBRE in Hong Kong. Having orginally joined the firm in January 2012, Jason is now responsible for coverage of the office and industrial sectors. Jason joined CBRE after having studied at the University of California, and later earning his MBA at the University of Hong Kong.
