Ivan Ho has been promoted to the role of Managing Director at KaiLongRei Investment based in Hong Kong. Ho’s previous position was Executive Director for Acquisition with the Shanghai-based real estate investment firm. Kailong held a $100 million first close on its maiden US-dollar denominated fund in December 2013.
Jack Hao has joined Noble Equity Investment Fund Management in Shanghai as Vice President. Hao formerly served as an Associate Director in the Valuation & Advisory department at Colliers International in Shanghai from March 2011 until joining Noble in January this year. Prior to his stint with Colliers, Hao spent more than four years at advisory firm Savills, also in Shanghai.
Nicole Sia is now Business Development Manager with Sydney-based grocery/food and beverage retailer jones the grocer, based in Shanghai. In her new role, Sia is responsible for the expansion of jones the grocer, Becasse, and Charlie & Co in Australasia, Asia, the Middle East, USA and the UK. Prior to joining jones the grocer, Sia spent more than three years with the retailer representation team at CBRE in Shanghai.
Don Tan is now Associate Vice President for Fund Management with KaiLongRei Investment based in Hong Kong. Before taking on his new assignment this month with KaiLong, Tan spent more than three years with Singaporean real estate firm Ascendas in Shanghai, where he most recently served as a Manager in the Fund Management division. Prior to joining Ascendas, Tan had worked in Shanghai with Frasers Commercial Trust.
Peng He has joined Savills in Chengdu as a Senior Manager, specialising in development consultancy. Before joining Savills in January of this year, Peng spent more than two years as a manager with the Consulting services department at rival CBRE in Chengdu, and had earlier served with the agency team at Jones Lang LaSalle.
Candice Chan is now Leasing Officer (Retail Leasing) at Wang On Group Limited in Hong Kong, where she is responsible for the leasing, marketing and renovation of the group’s Riviera Plaza project. Prior to joining Wang On Group, Chan served as Assistant Leasing Officer (Retail Leasing) with Harvey Nichols in Hong Kong.
Dave Law has been promoted to Senior Associate Director with Savills in Chengdu, effective in January of this year. Law has been part of the Savills’ team in Chengdu since 2007 and leads the firm’s research and consultancy team in Western China. In his new role, Law’s responsibilities include providing real estate development and urban planning consulting services.
