Vineet Nanda has joined Delhi-based CHD Developers as Director for Strategy, Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience with the 28-year-old builder. In his new role, Nanda will support the efforts of CHD chairman RK Mittal to expand the developer of more than five million square feet of townships, apartments and commercial complexes. Prior to joining CHD, Nanda had served as President for Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience at developer Central Park In.
CBRE Korea has named Don Lim, formerly the company’s Head of Capital Markets for Korea, as CEO for the property consultancy’s business in the country, according to an announcement by CBRE last week. Before joining the US-based firm in 2005, Lim had worked for ITT Sheraton, the Shilla Group and Korea Asset Advisors. Also this month, Taesik Lee rejoined CBRE in Korea as a Director with the Valuation and Advisory Services division, after just over one year with Pinnacle International.
Anny Zhang has been promoted to Executive Director and Pan-China Head of Office Services for JLL, where she will continue to be based in Shanghai, according to an update to her LinkedIn profile. Zhang took her latest step up after more than three years as a Regional Director with the company, and has now been with JLL since 2007, when she joined from then DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield). Also this month, Alan Dong of JLL’s office services team in Shanghai was promoted to Director, where he continues to serve with the tenant representation team.
James Assersohn has been promoted to Senior Director and Head of Retail for JLL in Hong Kong, after three years with the company. Assersohn, who came to JLL from Cushman & Wakefield in 2015, will now be in charge of the property consultancy’s retail team in the city, providing support to both traditional retail brands and F&B clients. While at C&W in Shanghai, Assersohn had been Director of Cross Border Retail for Asia Pacific, and the University of Nottingham graduate also had experience with the firm in Korea.
Knight Frank has named former CBRE and Colliers executive Ken Kan as Managing Director of its Shenzhen office and Head of Office Services for South China, according to an announcement by the company. Kan, who formerly served as Managing Director for Shenzhen at rival CBRE, is now responsible for Knight Frank’s business in the city, where the team also recently added former CBRE team members Carol Wu, Adam Zhou, Irene Ye, Tony Fang and Logan Zhai to its office services division.
Real estate software provider Altus Group has named Rajinder Singh as Director and Head of Advisory for Asia Pacific as the company establishes it advisory and valuation business in the region. Based in Singapore, Singh joins Altus after serving as Head of Quality and Risk Management for Asia at CBRE and had spent more than three years with the property consultancy. The graduate of Universiti Teknologi Malaysia also has previous experience with Deutsche Bank and DTZ (now Cushmany & Wakefield).
