
Mingtiandi’s event in Wanchai has sold out
Mingtiandi’s first ever co-living seminar has sold out in Hong Kong with over 100 guests having already signed up for the event happening Monday, 25 November.
Leading off the seminar is an on-stage interview of Weave Co-Living CEO Sachin Doshi, together with Warburg Pincus Managing Director Qiqi Zhang, who will share their experiences founding, investing in and operating rental housing projects in Greater China with the audience of real estate industry professionals.
Developers and Investors Dominate Investment Event
Attending the event, which kicks off at 2:00 pm at the Renaissance Hong Kong Harbour View Hotel in Wanchai, will be senior executives from some of the region’s biggest developers, including including Frasers Property, Henderson Land Development, Hines, Poly Global, Sino Land and Sun Hung Kai Properties.
The co-living seminar has also been successful in attracting representatives of fund managers, banks and other financial institutions, including Goldman Sachs, DBS, AEW, Heitman, Kailong REI, Townsend Group and Oaktree Capital.

Following the spotlight interview, the event will proceed to a panel discussion where Weave vice president Shashank Narayan, Baker McKenzie partner Jason Ng, Atlas Residential and Build Shanghai managing director Patrick Kelly, along with Colliers International’s head of valuation and advisory for Asia Pacific, David Faulkner, will share their experiences with co-living projects and discuss how this innovative approach fits into the residential and regulatory ecosystem in Hong Kong and Greater China.
Hong Kong Logistics Forum to Be Held in March
The three hour event program will wrap up with a brief question and answer session, followed by a networking discussion hour at the hotel.
