Spotlight Interview with Greenfort Capital and Gaw Capital Partners Mingtiandi APAC Residential Forum 2025

2025/03/07 by Ammika Rawal Leave a Comment

Having recently secured two development sites in Queensland through an A$800 million ($533 million) joint venture, top executives from GreenFort Capital and Gaw Capital Partners will be joining a spotlight interview on Mingtiandi’s APAC Residential Forum on 26 March to share insights on how emerging segments in Australia’s rental residential market can produce favourable returns.

The Greenfort-Gaw Capital acquisitions in Toowoomba and Elliott Heads add 750 lots to the Greenfort-managed Liven Communities platform, expanding the joint venture’s pipeline of pensioner housing to over 1,000 homes. With Queensland’s ageing population and influx of retirees, the region faces a housing shortage, presenting opportunities for strategic investment.
