Trent Winduss, Partner, Head of Australia Investments, Head of Asia Structured Debt Investments, Phoenix Property Investors
Trent Winduss has over 19 years’ experience in the origination and execution of structured real estate investments including senior debt, stretch senior debt, mezzanine debt, distressed debt, preferred equity and equity transactions. As the Head of Asia Secured Debt Investments for Phoenix Property Investors, he oversees all debt investments made by the company across China, South East Asia and Australia.
As the Head of Australian Investments he is responsible for the origination and execution of all debt and equity investments made by Phoenix in Australia. Trent joined Phoenix from Qualitas Property Partners where he was a Director of the Real Estate Finance Team. Prior to Qualitas, he was a senior originator at Investec Bank within the Structured Real Estate Finance team and has also worked at Rothschild with a focus on real estate and infrastructure debt and advisory transactions.
Mr. Winduss holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and Finance (Honours) from Edith Cowan University and a Master of Commerce (Finance) from the University of Western Australia.
