Kenneth Gaw, Rebecca Lam of CPPIB and Claire Tang of LaSalle in the keynote panel
Mingtiandi’s Hong Kong Forum concluded on Tuesday with 205 industry executives having joined the gathering to hear from senior leaders from Link REIT, Serakai and Warburg Pincus.
The event, which covered real estate markets in Hong Kong, Greater China and across the region, also featured panel discussions on the future of the office, lodging and living sector investment in North Asia, value-add and opportunistic strategies and mainland China investment.
For Mingtiandi readers who were unable to join the full day program in person, an overview of the sights of the event, which was sponsored by Yardi, is presented here.
Mingtiandi’s next on-location forum is coming up on 10 September in Singapore, where we will look at opportunities for Southeast Asia, India and beyond, and the team will travel to Tokyo in November, for an in-depth exploration of Asia’s most active real estate market.

Logistics Forum on Way in June
Following the Hong Kong Forum, Mingtiandi will be returning to its MTD TV virtual stage in June for its fifth annual APAC Logistics Forum, which will feature panel sessions on the Greater China, Japan and Korea and Australian shed sectors, plus an emerging markets panel which looks at Southeast Asia and India.
In September, Mingtiandi will return to the Lion City for a third straight year for a third straight year, with our Singapore forum this year featuring sessions on hospitality investment, logistics, India opportunities and more.
November will bring Mingtiandi to Tokyo for the first time ever, for a full-day forum focused on Asia’s second-largest economy, as Japan continues to be a top target for institutional real estate investors.
What a great event.
Are tickets still available for Singapore and Tokyo Mingtiandi events? I guess they’re selling out fast.
