The countdown is on to next week’s Mingtiandi Singapore Focus Forum, which offers the choice of attending in person at the ParkRoyal Collection Hotel in Marina Bay or watching online worldwide.
Mingtiandi’s first-ever hybrid event, bringing together representatives of the biggest pension funds, sovereign funds, general partners and developers, takes place on 18 October and kicks off with a keynote panel at 09:10 (local time), followed by a spotlight interview at 10:00.
The keynote panel features Ivanhoe Cambridge’s co-head of Asia Pacific, George Agethen; Oxford Properties’ head of investments for Asia Pacific, Alessandro Fiascaris; Allianz Real Estate’s head of acquisitions and head of China, Danny Phuan; and JLL Southeast Asia CEO Chris Fossick. The spotlight interview welcomes Raymond Poh, CEO of ESR-backed fractional investment platform SDAX.
Both the keynote panel and the spotlight interview will be available to stream live at Mingtiandi.com. Video of the event’s other sessions will be shown in recorded form on the website starting from 21 October.
Attendee List Grows to Over 200
More than 200 industry professionals have booked tickets for the full-day event, which just added Bastian van Halder, managing director for Asia Pacific at logistics investment manager Realterm, to the speaker line-up.
Van Halder will join a panel on Singapore’s industrial sector scheduled for 11:50 and featuring Andrew Lee of BlackRock, Kian Fong Lim of Hines and Adrian Chui of ESR-Logos REIT, with Joyce Lo of Lazard serving as moderator.
Leading off the afternoon session is a keynote interview with Jeffrey Perlman, head of Southeast Asia and Asia Pacific real estate at Warburg Pincus, who will take centre stage at 14:00.
