Perenna Kei, World’s Youngest Billionaire, is Also Pretty Hot

2014/03/13 by Michael Cole 2 Comments

Looks exactly like the average 24-year-old Chinese real estate billionaire

Reports one week ago that 24-year-old Perenna Kei is now the youngest billionaire in the world made the Hong Kong property heiress famous. But they lacked one thing — photos of the reclusive real estate princess.

Now, through the efficiency of China’s human flesh search engines, pictures of the young woman who owns 85 percent of publicly-listed Chinese real estate developer Logan Property Holdings have started appearing on Chinese websites.

While these photos from sites 591hx.com, baidutata.com and kankannews.com have yet to be verified, they appear to show that Ms Kei, who graduated from the University of London with degrees in Economics and Finance, is considerably more attractive than other billionaires under 30, such as Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg.

Kei, who is known in Mandarin in some references as Ji Kaiting and in other places as Ji Peili, was made famous by earning her place on Forbes’ annual list of billionaires after the IPO last year of Logan. Kei owes her fortune to her father, Ji Haipeng, who as the CEO of the real estate firm transferred 85 percent of the company’s shares to her through a family trust before the stock went public.

According to estimates published in Forbes, the Hong Kong native who is listed formally on company documents as Kei Perenna Hoi Ting, is worth $1.3 billion. And still single.
