Mr. Sachin Doshi
CEO, Weave Co-Living
Sachin is the Founder & CEO and Chairman of the Board of Weave Co-Living, Asia Pacific’s pioneering collaborative living company that creates stunning rental accommodation spaces for millennials and young professionals across the region’s key gateway cities. In 2018, leading global private equity firm Warburg Pincus invested USD181 million into the company.
Prior to starting Weave in 2017, Sachin spent over 16 years in real estate investment and investment banking working for global institutions like APG, Merrill Lynch and Citi in Sydney and Hong Kong.

Mr. Shashank Narayan
VP – International Investments

Shashank brings nearly 13 years of experience in real estate transactions and partnerships across the world. He previously worked with Jones Lang LaSalle in Hong Kong as Senior Director-Alternatives in the Asia Capital Markets team covering capital advisory work for co-living and co-working companies. Before Hong Kong, he was working with JLL India, transacting over USD 1 bn through joint ventures, portfolio and asset sales and capital raising for developers and institutional clients across asset classes.
Shashank completed his executive MBA from Chicago Booth School of Business graduating with honors and has a Masters in Finance degree from University of Delhi and Bachelor in Computer Science from St. Stephen’s College in New Delhi.

Mr. Jason Ng
Co-Head, Global Funds Group
Baker McKenzie
Jason is co-Chair of Baker McKenzie’s Global Funds Group. He has more than 20 years of experience advising clients on the structuring and formation of a broad spectrum of fund products, ranging from open-ended retail funds, to closed ended private investment funds, as well as listed funds and REITs.
Jason’s current practice focuses on private investment funds. He advises private equity fund managers on the structuring, formation and marketing of such funds, as well as the regulatory, operational, compliance and corporate governance matters arising from the operation of such funds. He also advises investors and LPs on fund investments and co-investments.

Mr. Qiqi Zhang
Managing Director, Warburg Pincus
Qiqi Zhang joined Warburg Pincus in 2009 and focuses on investments in real estate. He is a director of Hande Donghui, Weave Co-Living, Mofang Apartments, Nova Property Investment, Sunsea Parking and Easy Parking.
Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Mr. Zhang worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Corporate Finance. Mr. Zhang received a B.A. in Economics from Shanghai International Studies University and an M.B.A. from University of Chicago.

Mr. David Faulkner,
Managing Director, Colliers International
David Faulkner is a Managing Director of Colliers International responsible for valuation and advisory services in the Asian region. He joined Colliers International in 2003 after 15 years with Insignia Brooke, and has been based in Asia for over 30 years. He has advised on a variety of major projects in Hong Kong, China and elsewhere in the Asian region including valuations, feasibility studies, development consultancy and structuring investments. He covers all the major sectors including residential, commercial, retail, industrial, hospitality and leisure. He also acts as an independent expert in making determinations in commercial rent disputes and has advised on a number of complex property valuation issues. David currently chairs Colliers International’s global valuation group and is actively involved in valuation assignments across the globe.
David is a trustee of the International Property Measurement Standards Coalition, and is also a past member of International Valuation Professional Board of the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC); a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Global Valuation Professional Group Board; a trustee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI); practicing member of The Academy of Experts and a member of the Best Practices Committee of the Asia Pacific Real Estate Association (APREA).
David is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, and is also an Adjunct Professor at the Hong Kong University Department of Real Estate and Construction.

Mr. Patrick Kelly,
Managing Director, Build/ Atlas Residential
Patrick Kelly is a Managing Director – Build / Atlas Residential – a brownfield, urban backfill, mixed use developer, based in Shanghai, that has successfully repositioned creative office, retail and micro apartment / co-living projects in Shanghai over the past 15 years. Build Special Projects represents Atlas Residential – an owner operator of rental apartments in the US and the UK – and Patrick serves as the Managing Director for Atlas in China.
Patrick is a real estate professional who has experience in all phases of real estate including acquisition, financing, construction, and asset management, and has worked in leadership, business development, marketing & sales roles for 25 years, 20 of which have been in China. He previously worked as an advisor to international real estate investors, including Mr Wang Jianlin, China’s second richest man, where he served as GM for the Americas acquisitions team for Dalian Wanda Commercial Properties and for Mr Richard Cheung, Chairman of Sheshan International Golf Club and Estate, home of Asia’s major the WGC HSBC Champions as Director of International Development. Before that, Patrick was with Cushman and Wakefield as Head of Developer Services based in their Shanghai office.
Patrick first came to China in 1988 and currently lives in Shanghai. He speaks Mandarin with an expat’s accent and prefers English with Canadian spellings. He is married with two children.
