Comings and Goings: Who’s Changing Jobs in China Commercial Real Estate 2013-08-12

2013/08/12 by Michael Cole

Each week on Mingtiandi we track who among China’s commercial real estate community has left their former role, been promoted or gotten their hand caught in the cookie jar and had to run off to a new agency, taking their henchmen with them.

This week features an extraordinary quantity of job changes. One significant migration was apparently caused by senior level executives at a major international real estate agency being dismissed from their jobs for alleged malfeasance. Our readers can rest assured that not only have these enterprising gentlemen landed on their feet at another agency within a few days, but they also managed to bring a number of their fellows with them. And now, on with the countdown.

Daniel Wang is now Executive Director of Developer Services, East China and General Manager Shanghai at Colliers International. His former role was General Manager, Shanghai at Cushman & Wakefield.

Alex Xi is now Director of Tenant Representation in the Office Services Department for Colliers International in Shanghai. His former role was Director at Cushman and Wakefield in Shanghai.

Gregor Prattley is now Director of Real Estate for Asia Pacific at Apple. His former role was Executive Director at Asia Pacific Land.
