Speaker Bio: Christopher Garbe of GARBE MTD TV Productions

2025/09/01 by Mingtiandi Team Leave a Comment

Christopher Garbe, GARBE

Christopher Garbe, Managing Partner, GARBE

Christopher Garbe is Managing Partner of GARBE, a European market leader shaping the future of real estate across logistics, urban real estate, and infrastructure assets. With international experience from Westfield in Australia and an MBA from the University of Technology Sydney, he has transformed GARBE into a trusted partner for sustainable, long-term value creation.

Beyond his leadership in real estate, Christopher invests in hospitality, sports, and social ventures, combining  entrepreneurship with a clear vision: building places and platforms that empower business, community, and society. He is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management Program.

GARBE

GARBE was founded in Hamburg in 1965 and has evolved into one of Europe’s leading real estate companies in the years since.

Our corporate strategy of “sheds, beds & infrastructure” pursues a 360-degree approach in our three independently operating business lines GARBE Industrial, GARBE Reside and GARBE Infrastructure. This way, we cover the entire value chain of a property as developer, operator and investor, and we do so across asset classes. In all of this, we are well aware of the need to decarbonise the real estate industry, which is why the production of renewable energies, energy storage and energy transition are recurring themes and integral components of our business activities.

Today, GARBE employs around 600 experts in 20 branch offices across 13 countries to develop and manage more than EUR 15 billion worth of assets under management.
