Pip Weber is an executive director in Real Estate within Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where she focuses on data center investments and strategy across the Asia Pacific region.  She brings nearly two decades of experience in the global data center sector, with deep expertise in evaluating and managing investments in this rapidly growing asset class.

Before joining Goldman Sachs in 2025, Pip held senior roles at Gaw Capital Partners, Jones Lang LaSalle, Microsoft, DB RREEF Funds Management, Global Switch Data Center and Digital Realty, gaining broad experience across real estate, technology platforms, and finance.
