James Shepherd is now Director of Advisory Services – International | China at Colliers International. His former role was Senior Director Advisory & Research Services East & Southwest China at Colliers. Our congratulations to Mr Shepherd for taking over the whole country.
Albert Chu has left his role as Director, Retail Partnership at Winnington Group Limited. Mr Chu has yet to announce his future endeavours.
Carlby Xie (or if you are going by the company’s official announcement it could be Carlby Xi) is now Director of Research for China at Colliers International. His former role was Head of Research for North China at Colliers.
Phoebe Liu has left her role as Area Director at Regus. And no one seems to know where she’s off to.
Fang Wu has been promoted to Senior Account Manager, Business Development at Shanghai Caohejing Hi-Tech Park Development Corp. Her former title was Senior Manager, Business Development at Shanghai Caohejing Hi-Tech Park Development Corp.
