Adam Hirst is CEO and Managing Director of Novus, Australia’s leading independent and specialist Build-to-Rent / Multifamily platform.
Since Novus’ inception in 2021, Adam has led the vision, direction and growth of the company across Australia with a team of specialists in design, development, operations and investment management, and a portfolio of assets totalling an end value of approximately $2 billion. Novus’ mid-scale investment strategy has been cemented in the Australian Market with the successful launch of a range of investment vehicles and institutional investors.
Prior to founding Novus, Adam has had 15+ years of diverse experience in the Australian real estate market across development, funds management and operations, including leading the successful introduction of the Multifamily sector into the Australian market with Mirvac Group’s platform, LIV Mirvac.
