Clarence Tan is Senior Vice President of Development, Asia Pacific, Hilton. In his current role, he is responsible for leading the development of Hilton’s portfolio of brands for management as well as franchising deals across the region.
Clarence has decades of management and consulting experience and has spent most of his career in the accounting and hospitality sectors. Prior to joining Hilton, he held various senior leadership roles in InterContinental Hotels Group, Millennium and Copthorne International Hotels and Valor Hospitality.
Clarence sits on the Board of Governors of Republic Polytechnic, Singapore. He graduated from Nanyang Technology University, Singapore in 1992. Clarence resides in Singapore with his wife and 4 children. He is an ardent cycling enthusiast and football fan.
