Luke Li, Managing Director, ESR China

Luke joined ESR China as Managing Director in 2022. He also assumed the concurrent appointment as a member of ESR China Management Committee.

Prior to ESR, Luke was Senior Vice President with GIC Real Estate (Greater China Team) where he was also a member of the Greater China Regional Investment Committee. During his 16 years tenure at GIC, Luke led the investment and asset management activities in multiple property sectors (including logistics, cold storage, office, retail, residential, hotel and rental apartment) in Greater China, in partnership with several leading companies. Before GIC, Luke spent 2 years with the CapitaLand Group as an Analyst in its Research & Strategic Planning Department in Singapore.

Luke holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Tsinghua University, a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Finance from National University of Singapore, as well as an MBA degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
