Panel: Residential Investment in Australia MTD TV APAC Residential Forum 2023

2023/02/27 by Danita Phaopat Leave a Comment

The reopening of Australia’s borders and recent shifts in regulation at the state level have helped drive rapid growth in the country’s build-to-rent sector, which is expected to mature into a A$9.6 billion ($6.5 billion) market by 2027. Low residential vacancy due to the resurgence of CBDs and robust jobs growth also point to a compelling case for prime inner-city apartments.

To find out more about the residential space in Australia as the sector grows in importance for institutional investors, Mingtiandi is proud to present a panel discussion with leading experts from Nuveen, Phoenix Property Investors, GreenFort Capital and purpose-built student housing owner-operator Scape.
