Catch the Mingtiandi Singapore Forum Tuesday on MTD TV

Mingtiandi’s Singapore Focus Forum starts at 9:00 AM local time on Tuesday, 18 October, and community members unable to join on-location will have the opportunity to watch the whole programme on MTD TV.

The keynote panel with George Agethen of Ivanhoe Cambridge, Alessandro Fiascaris of Oxford Properties, Danny Phuan of Allianz Real Estate and Chris Fossick of JLL will be carried live to viewers globally, immediately following the start of the programme.

Also being made available live is a spotlight interview with Raymond Poh, chief executive of online investment platform SDAX, which starts at 10:00 AM.

For those of you in Singapore, you may join the more than 200 people attending by purchasing a ticket until 6:00 PM Monday through Mingtiandi.com here. No advance registration will be required to watch the MTD TV livestream, although users will need to be logged in to view.

Office Strategies, REITs and More

All eight sessions in the day-long programme will be available via MTD TV, with additional sessions being published each day from Friday 21 October through Friday 28 October.

Among the panels and interviews included in the programme will be a keynote interview with Warburg Pincus head of Southeast Asia and Asia Pacific real estate Jeffrey Perlman, who will start off the afternoon at 2:00 PM.

The show will also include an office investment panel moderated by Alicia Li of Allianz Real Estate. Joining Li in her session will be Peng Wei Tan of Blackstone, Terence Teo of TE Capital Partners, Xian Yang Wong of Cushman & Wakefield and Chen Kien Kah of SDAX.

In a session on Singapore-listed REITs moderated by David Green-Morgan of MSCI, will be Tripp Gantt of Manulife US REIT; Kelvin Chow of Lendlease Global Commercial REIT and Tim Graham of JLL.

A panel on the Singaporean investment in Australia will be moderated by Nick Wilson of Oxford Economics, and will include Laurent Fischler of Ivanhoé Cambridge; Sharon Sng of SDAX, Trent Winduss of Phoenix Property Partners and Fergal Harris of JLL.

2023 Calendar Now Available

In addition to the sessions already mentioned, Mingtiandi’s first ever event in Singapore will include panels on industrial real estate and on value add strategies in Asia’s hottest real estate market.

With the success of Mingtiandi’s online and on-location programming this year, we are also introducing our 2023 calendar, which is now available here.

During next year we will conduct online forums on residential, logistics, data centres and office, with on-location events in Singapore during June and Hong Kong during October.
