Tom Woolhouse, Head of Logistics & Industrial, APAC, JLL
As the Head of Logistics and Industrial for JLL Asia Pacific based in Singapore, Tom leads a holistic team with specialised sector expertise. Advising regional clients including occupiers, investors and developers on multi-country instructions, Tom oversees the growth of all service lines within the sector, including capital markets, landlord leasing, tenant representation, supply chain consulting and project and development services.
Tom is a member of the JLL Asia Pacific Executive Board, the Vice Chair of the JLL Global Industrial Board and a member of the Global Capital Markets Group.
Tom has circa 20 years of capital markets expertise in advising investors and developers on single assets, portfolios, joint ventures and equity raising within the logistics and industrial sector globally; and helping occupiers on utilising their covenants within capital markets to fund expansion and provide liquidity. Throughout his career, Tom has worked with a diverse range of global capital sources including institutions, private equity firms, property companies, high net worth individuals, REITs, developers and occupiers.
Tom was most recently a Senior Director at CBRE, leading the Industrial & Logistics Capital Markets Team in the UK. He advised clients on the acquisition, disposal, development, and funding of single assets and portfolios in the UK industrial and logistics market.
