Innovation in Asian Real Estate: Systems for a Disrupted Industry MTD TV Property Innovation Forum 2021

The opening session of the Innovation Forum will feature a presentation of the findings from an original research report by Mingtiandi and Yardi, Innovation in Asian Real Estate: Systems for a Disrupted Industry, followed by interviews with industry experts.

In this one-hour session, Mingtiandi will be welcoming PGIM Real Estate’s executive director Su Lin Wee and Bernie Devine, regional director for Asia Pacific with real estate systems provider Yardi.

Immediately following a presentation of the key findings of the report, Mingtiandi founder Michael Cole will interview Yardi’s Devine about the new themes emerging in this year’s report, compared to the two earlier surveys his firm has helped to lead and what new directions he sees for the industry.

In the latter half of the our, PGIM’s Wee will share lessons from implementing innovation in the fund manager’s portfolio around the region.
