Claire Tang is the head of LaSalle’s Greater China business and is responsible for overseeing acquisitions, development and asset management in the Great China region. She joined LaSalle in 2007 and was a pioneering member of LaSalle’s Asia Pacific investment team. In 2020, Claire led the launch of firm’s China logistics fund – LaSalle China Logistics Venture (“LCLV”) which targets development and repositioning of modern logistics properties in China’s tier I and selective tier II markets.
Previous to her current role, Claire spearheaded LaSalle’s acquisition team in China and was responsible for acquisition and deal sourcing on behalf of LaSalle’s regional funds. Since joining LaSalle, she has led and completed over USD $4 Billion of commercial and logistics transactions, via direct investments as well as programmatic joint ventures. Prior to joining LaSalle, Claire held investment roles with Jones Lang LaSalle and GE Asset Management.
Claire holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and HKUST, and received her Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Economics from Babson College.
