Xander Huang is an Executive Vice President of Business Development for APAC at Citco Fund Services, where he leads regional growth initiatives, strengthens strategic client relationships, and supports global managers as they scale across today’s increasingly complex private markets landscape. With over a decade of experience in financial services, he brings a blend of commercial acumen and a pragmatic, relationship‑first approach that has earned the trust of clients and industry partners alike. Often serving as the bridge between client expectations and operational realities, Xander is valued for his clarity, diplomacy, and ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.

At Citco, he plays a key role in shaping the firm’s APAC expansion strategy, working closely with senior leadership across global offices to drive new business, execute transformational client mandates, and position Citco as the administrator of choice for sophisticated private markets managers. He is also known for his ability to simplify complex operating model discussions—a talent he attributes to years of explaining fund structures to audiences who never asked for that level of detail.

Prior to joining Citco, Xander held senior business development and client management roles across the region, advising a broad range of institutional clients. Outside of work, he is an avid cyclist, a casual gym‑goer, and a firm believer that great conversations start with great coffee.
