Winnie Yu, Managing Director, LaSalle Investment Management
Winnie is the Managing Director in the China team. Based in Shanghai, she is responsible for China Logistics’ Acquisition and Asset Management, focusing on deal executions, asset operations and divestment strategy. She oversees China Logistics portfolio activities and driving the firm’s commitments to ESG and adding value to enhance asset performance. She also works as the Portfolio Manager for one separate account mandate focusing on core assets.
Winnie joined LaSalle in 2018 and she has 14 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, asset management and fund management. Prior to Lasalle, she worked as Senior Director at Tishman Speyer focusing on both USD and RMB fund management, dealing with investor relationships and transaction management . She also worked as Vice President at Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing for asset management and acquisitions in mainland China, Hongkong and Singapore.
Winnie holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Fudan University.
