A senior real estate professional with experience in all asset classes. He is responsible for expanding Cushman & Wakefield’s Data Center (DC) practice while managing new initiatives and key relationships for the firm. In leading the DC business, his team has concluded DC site acquisitions of 450+ MW which makes it a clear market leader in the industry.
Vivek manages relationships of cloud majors and colocation firm helping them execute their DC expansion plans. He works closely with CIOs/CTOs of enterprises in determining their colocation or cloud needs; acquiring, renegotiating, or relocating their IT workloads in DCs across India.
Vivek has set up and led teams of senior professionals and grown P&Ls at both city and national levels. He has over 22 years of real estate research, consulting, valuation, and transactions experience with focus on new client acquisitions and improved service delivery. In his previous role as Managing Director, North India and co-lead for Logistics & Industrial business in India, he managed operations and was directly in charge of all transaction verticals while providing support to all annuity businesses.
