
Victor Lor, Head of Investment Management, Asia Pacific, Global Student Accommodation (GSA)
Victor is based in Hong Kong and has overall responsibility for the investment management activities across the Asia Pacific for GSA. Investment management covers all investment and asset management related activities across Australia and Japan where GSA operates local platforms owning and managing purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) investments. Furthermore, he has overall responsibility for all capital raising activities across the Asia Pacific with a particular focus on Japan, South Korea, China/ Hong Kong and South-East Asia.
The GSA Asia Pacific platform comprises local operating teams in Hong Kong, Tokyo, Japan and Melbourne, Adelaide & Perth, Australia.
Victor joined GSA in 2015 and prior worked for APG Investments, Hong Kong; UBS Investment Bank, Singapore and Hong Kong; Colonial First State Property, Sydney, Australia; and Deutsche Asset Management, Sydney Australia. He has over 20-years real estate private equity and investment banking experience across Asia as a limited partner investor, fund manager and investment banker.
