Trent Iliffe, Managing Director & Co-CEO, LOGOS

Trent co-founded LOGOS in 2010, a company with over 6.7 million sqm of property owned and under development and a completed value of A$14.3 billion, across 24 ventures.

With an Industrial & Logistics property industry career spanning over 29 years, Trent has successfully completed over A$10 billion of transactions.

Prior to establishing LOGOS, as the Regional Director with LaSalle Investment Management, Trent was responsible for Logistics real estate development & investment in China, where he was responsible for Joint Ventures, Development Management, Asset Management, Sale and Purchase and leasing. He also established JLL’s China Industrial Business in 2006, leading 60 staff in seven offices around China. Trent’s career includes a highly successful span as the National Industrial Investment Leader at Colliers International, Australia.

LOGOS is a dynamic and growing logistics specialist with operations across Australia, China, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, India and New Zealand. LOGOS’ shareholders include ARA Asset Management, a leading Asia Pacific real assets fund manager with S$116 billion in gross assets under management globally; Ivanhoé Cambridge, a Canadian real estate industry leader investing in in high-quality properties and companies with C$60.4 billion in real estate assets globally; and LOGOS’ founders.

LOGOS manages every aspect of logistics real estate, including investment management, sourcing land or facilities and undertaking development and asset management, on behalf of some of the world’s leading global real estate investors.
