Terence Seah, Director, Head of Hong Kong, Singapore and Shenzhen, Benoy

Terence is the Head of Hong Kong, Singapore and Shenzhen. He leads the overall design direction and corporate business strategy across the 3 studios, enhancing Benoy’s core expertise, strengthening cross-border collaboration and unlocking opportunities across existing and future sectors and markets.

Terence has over 20 years’ international experience in masterplanning, architecture and interior design; creating, managing and delivering world- class and award-winning projects. He is a UK qualified architect and innovative designer at heart, having studied and practiced in Singapore, China and the UK. Terence has a diverse portfolio across Asia, Australia, the Middle East and the UK and he is skilled in delivering various projects from large-scale integrated resorts, masterplanning, mixed-use spaces to experiential retail, hospitality and residential developments.
