Terence Lo, Managing Director, Arch Capital Management
Terence Lo joined ARCH Capital in 2008 and has nearly 20 years’ experience in real estate investment and asset management across multiple asset classes and strategies throughout Asia Pacific. His experience spans deal origination, execution, investment structuring, property development and repositioning, portfolio management, valuations, and banking. Terence is also a member of ARCH Capital’s Investment Committee and established the Tokyo-based office.
Prior to joining ARCH, he was in the banking sector with the Royal Bank of Canada. Terence holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Finance) from the University of British Columbia Sauder School of Business and is a CFA Charterholder.
