Mr. Lee is an experienced commercial real estate consultant to institutional investors across the U.S., Europe and Asia. His principal clients include institutional investors, pension funds, REITs, banks, and real estate operating companies.
Mr. Lee has a diversified background in real estate, with primary emphasis in valuation and valuation management for investment analysis. He is involved in the active management of real estate advisory consulting engagements to various institutional real estate funds. Mr. Lee also has experience in portfolio asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, and mortgage loans. In these areas, he has expertise in core real estate assets, including: hotel, office, industrial, retail (regional mall and retail centers), and multifamily properties.
Mr. Lee is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships at Altus Group. He is in charge of Altus’ “Large Client Selling” program, targeting the firm’s top-50 global clients. Mr. Lee is also responsible for the firm’s “Managed Services” initiative, which combines Altus’ software and advisory products into a combined service offering.
