Stanley Shen, Executive Director, TE Capital Partners
Stanley Shen is the Executive Director of TE Capital Partners, where he leads the firm’s investment strategies across Asia Pacific, with a focus on Japan, Singapore and Australia. He is responsible for deal origination, capital formation, transaction structuring, acquisitions and realisations, partnering with institutional investors and family offices through separate accounts and joint ventures, across office, residential, hospitality, retail, land subdivision and development projects.
Before joining TE Capital Partners, Stanley was one of the early team members of a hotel investment and management platform.
Stanley serves as a Non-Executive Director of Tokyo Trust Capital Co., Ltd, a Japanese real estate asset management company and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Founded in 2019, TE Capital Partners is a Singapore headquartered real estate investment manager. Sponsored by family members of Singapore-based real estate developer Tong Eng Group, TE Capital Partners offers and manages a comprehensive range of investment products on behalf of public listed corporations, institutions, and family offices across the region.
