Shirin Tang is Managing Partner, Singapore of international law firm Morrison Foerster and is a member of the firm’s global Executive Committee. She has over 20 years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions across Asia, the U.S. and Latin America with a particular focus on institutional real estate and asset management transactions. Over the past several years, Shirin has led multiple US$1 billion+ private equity real estate transactions worth over US$25 billion in aggregate.
