Shirin is a principal and co-head of the Firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice in Singapore.
She has over 22 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions across Asia and the US. Shirin advises on some of the most complex transactions, including platform investments, joint ventures and club deals, portfolio restructuring, and exits. Shirin has led transactions with an aggregate deal value of over USD 53.5 billion in the last 10 years, of which over US$40 billion is attributable to private equity real estate transactions.
Shirin is a widely recognized lawyer. She has been included in the Asia Business Law Journal’s The A-List Singapore’s Top 100 Lawyers every year since 2018.
