Paul Dwyer, Head of Data Centres, LOGOS

Paul Dwyer is the Head of Data Centers for LOGOS, based in Singapore. He is responsible for continuing LOGOS’ expansion into the growing data centre sector and overseeing the acquisition, development and management of current and future projects with joint venture partners.

Mr Dwyer brings more than 16 years of real estate experience across Asia, 10 years of which were in the data centre space in various capacities including brokerage, consultancy and in-house with a developer. Prior to joining LOGOS, he spent four years with Equinix as a Senior Director leading the Development xScale (Asia Pacific) initiative, driving US$2.5 billion of acquisitions in Tokyo, Osaka, Sydney and Seoul.

LOGOS is a dynamic and growing logistics specialist with operations across 10 countries in Asia Pacific. LOGOS’ shareholders comprise ESR Group, APAC’s largest real asset manager powered by the New Economy and the third largest listed real estate investment manager globally, and its Founders, John Marsh and Trent Iliffe.

LOGOS manages every aspect of logistics real estate, including investment management, sourcing land or facilities and undertaking development and asset management, on behalf of some of the world’s leading global real estate investors. LOGOS has circa 9.1 million sqm of property owned and under development, with a total completed value of over US$19.6 billion, across 31 ventures.
