Nick joined Oxford Economics in 2022 to lead the Real Estate Economic Service (REES) for Asia Pacific. He oversees the firm’s research and forecasting for commercial property markets across the region, covering all major sectors and geographies. With more than 15 years of experience, Nick brings a deep understanding of real estate dynamics—spanning direct, indirect, and listed markets—and a sharp analytical approach grounded in data.
Known for turning complex market signals into actionable insights, Nick helps clients navigate shifting economic and investment landscapes with clarity and confidence. He holds a Master’s in Finance from the University of Ulster and a Bachelor of Business (Real Estate major) from the University of Queensland.
