Mireille Wan, Founder, MDW Consultancy
Mireille Wan is a founder of MDW Consultancy which specialises in real estate services intersecting with environmental and social impact. She graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Master of Science (Real Estate) degree and is certified in ESG and Materiality Reporting from the Singapore Management University.
Mireille has held senior management roles in developer firms, brokerage business and occupier services in Singapore, China, Asia Pacific and South-east Asia. Her expertise covers all major asset classes and specialised property assets such as hospitality (hotels and serviced apartments); healthcare (hospitals, medical centres and nursing homes) and recreational (such as golf courses, turf clubs and theme parks) across townships and mixed use developments.
Mireille continues to mentor the next generation of leaders and spearhead mentorship initiatives at the workplace, institutes of higher learning, Chambers of Commerce and professional associations in Singapore and overseas.
