
Koji Naito, Research Director, Japan, JLL
Koji joined Jones Lang LaSalle Capital Markets team in July 2012, mainly focusing on providing research, strategic consulting arrangements, and investor education, including market presentations for our clients. Koji covers all sectors of real estate including office, residential, retail and logistics/industrial. His deep understanding of real estate finance brings great value to clients.
He started his career at real estate business with CBRE in 2006. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Koji was the head of research and consultancy business at Savills in Tokyo. He also previously worked as a financial journalist. His experience brings multi-dimensional value to our clients and propels all sectors of our Capital Markets team.
Koji graduated from the Bachelor of Arts in International Culture at Aichi Gakuin University.
