Kian Fong Lim, Managing Director, Country Head, Singapore and Southeast Asia, Hines
Kian Fong serves as Country Head and is responsible for acquisitions, development, and new business generation in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
He joined Hines in 2021 and has more than 12 years of experience in acquisitions, asset management, development, and portfolio management in Asia Pacific across the major asset classes, having been based in both Tokyo and Singapore with past roles at PAG Real Estate and DWS. Kian Fong is based in Singapore and will also lead the expansion of new Hines offices in the rest of Southeast Asia.
Kian Fong holds a Bachelor of Business Management (Finance major) and Bachelor of Accountancy degree from Singapore Management University. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Japanese.
