Kelvin Chow, CEO, Lendlease Global Commercial REIT

Mr Chow has approximately 30 years of experience in finance and accounting matters, tax and treasury and capital management, of which 20 years are in direct real estate investments and fund management. Prior to this appointment, Mr Chow was the Managing Director of Investment Management in Asia from 2018 where he managed the overall performance of the Asia funds platform and asset management function. Before joining Lendlease, he was the Chief Financial Officer of various REITs where he played a vital role to oversee the company’s financial activities.

Mr Chow holds a Master of Business Administration from Universitas 21 Global. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

Lendlease Global Commercial REIT (“LREIT”) is a real estate investment trust that listed on 2 October 2019 on the Main Board of Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. Established with the principal investment strategy of investing, directly or indirectly, we hold a diversified portfolio of stabilised income-producing real estate assets located globally that are used primarily for retail and/or office purposes.

As at 30 June 2022, its portfolio has a total net lettable area of approximately 2.2 million square feet, with an appraised value of S$3.6 billion. It comprises two leasehold properties in Singapore, Jem (mixed-used property) and 313@somerset (retail property), and three freehold properties in Milan, Sky Complex (three grade A office buildings). In addition, LREIT is developing a multifunctional event space on a site adjacent to 313@somerset.
