Speaker Bio: Josephine Yip of CDPQ MTD TV Productions

Josephine Yip leads the execution of real estate investment strategies for CDPQ in APAC. She has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry covering capital raising, investments, asset management and portfolio management across varied sectors and countries in Asia-Pacific.

Before joining CDPQ Real Estate, she was SVP, Portfolio Management at Alpha Investment Partners where she led portfolio management and capital raising activities. She was also formerly VP, Investment Management at GIC, covering Australia, South-east Asia, India and Korea for over a decade. She has a wide-ranging and versatile investment track record and is well-versed in platform and portfolio deals.

She has served on the Board of Directors of various investee companies and is a member of the Sustainability & ESG Committee at Asia Pacific Real Assets Association (APREA). She holds a Bachelor of Science (Real Estate) with Honors and is a CFA® Charterholder.
