Frances Sun is the Founder and President of Sano World K.K., a Tokyo-based firm specializing in business development and capital introductions for cross-border real estate investments. With over 20 years in law, finance, executive search, and real estate, Frances excels in structuring funds and channeling Asian capital, particularly from Japan, South Korea and China, into high-yield opportunities across Asia, the US, and Europe, driving global diversification for institutional clients.
Previously, Frances was a founding principal at Grand Harbour Investment Management in Tokyo and led China/Asia business development at Tishman Speyer. She began her career as an international lawyer at Allens Arthur Robinson (now Allens Linklaters), specializing in corporate, banking, and real estate law. A qualified solicitor and barrister, she holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Law (LL.B) and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from Monash University, Australia.
