Fan Li, Managing Director, Singapore, Warburg Pincus
Li Fan is a Managing Director of Warburg Pincus Singapore. He joined Warburg Pincus in 2010 and focuses on Real Estate investments in Southeast Asia. He also worked at KKR, M3 Capital Partners, and Gaw Capital Partners. He is currently a Board Director of Lodgis Hospitality Holdings, BW Industrial Development JSC, Asia Self Storage and NWP Property. Li holds a Master of Philosophy in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge, a Master of Science in Economics from HKUST Business School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Fudan University.
