Eric Pang, Head of Capital Markets, China, JLL
Eric Pang is the Head of JLL’s China Capital Market business, with his dedicated teams of more than 40 experienced professionals, operating across all major Chinese markets. The primary offering of his team is to provide locally fluent investment consultancy service to Chinese and international investor groups. Eric is responsible for overseeing the national Capital Markets business, and providing transactional and financing advice for all JLL China Capital Markets mandates.
Eric Pang joined JLL back in 2004, during his service he has mostly been developing the firm’s investment business coverage in the mainland markets. Also, he’s been relocated to the UK based in London for 6 years from 2015 as an important part of JLL’s global cross-boarder capital strategy. Through his practice in the UK and other major EMEA markets, Eric has established and maintained close relationships with major Chinese institutions, private investors, and some Chinese corporations who have gained or intended for their exposure in Europe.
Eric Pang is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds a master degree of Real Estate from the University of New South Wales in Australia.
